Hadrian's Approach Betting
Hadrian's Approach is a nine-year-old horse trained by Nicky Henderson who is set to run in the 2016 Crabbie's Grand National at Aintree on April 9, as he looks to hand his legendary trainer his first win in the world's greatest steeplechase which has attracted a field full of quality.

- 31st January 2016 - Sandown Park - Betfred Masters Handicap Chase - 3m - PU
A fine winner of the bet365 Gold Cup at Sandown Park at the back end of the 2014 National Hunt season, Hadrian's Approach has failed to build on that performance in recent seasons, and he kicked off this season on a disappointing note as he was pulled up in the Betfred Masters Handicap Chase, which was run at Sandown in late January.
He was next seen doing battle in the BetBright Chase at Kempton Park, but he was no match to the impressive winner Theatre Guide, and Nicky Henderson's runner could only finish seventh, so he will be hoping for a much-improved display when he heads to Aintree for his first crack at the Grand National.

VERDICT: Hadrian's Approach has struggled in the last couple of years to build on his win in the 2014 bet365 Gold Cup, so this looks a bridge too far for him.
