Bishops Road

Bishops Road

Bishops Road is a nine-year-old trained by Kerry Lee and is set to have his first run in the Grand National on April 8, and having finished third in the Peter Marsh Chase last time out then will head to Aintree in good form, but maybe one that will relish a bit of rain in the lead-up to the race.

Season Form:

  • 21st January 2017 - Haydock Park - Peter Marsh Chase - 3m 24y - 3rd
  • 27th December 2016 - Chepstow - Welsh Grand National - 3m 5f 110y - 10th

VERDICT: Unable to finish in last year's Topham Chase, Bishops Road is now set to have a crack at the Grand National, but he will be hoping the wet stuff hits Merseyside, and even then he may lack the class needed to win this race.

Bet on Bishops Road for the Grand National.
